Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to the GAME Lv-UP website and, where applicable, use of the digital services offered by the studio, including Lv-UP STORE.
2. Acceptance
Accessing or using a service constitutes acceptance of these Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not accept an essential condition, you must stop using the relevant service.
3. User account
Some Lv-UP STORE features may require an account. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for protecting their credentials. They must report any unauthorised use of their account.
4. Community rules
Users must respect other members and must not use the services to distribute illegal, fraudulent, malicious or hateful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or content intended to disrupt the service. Published content remains the responsibility of its author.
5. Third-party games, applications and content
Lv-UP STORE may display information about or links to third-party games and applications. GAME Lv-UP does not acquire intellectual-property rights to such content merely by listing it. Users must comply with the licences, terms of use and rights of the relevant publishers.
Lv-UP STORE does not sell game credits or gift cards and does not sell virtual currencies or gift cards for third-party games.
6. Purchases and premium features
Some features may be offered for a fee. The applicable terms, prices and conditions are presented before the purchase is confirmed. Payments may be processed by Google Play or an authorised payment provider.
7. Availability
GAME Lv-UP seeks to keep its services available and functional but does not guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions may occur, including for maintenance, updates, security, technical failure or events beyond the studio's control.
8. Intellectual property
Elements belonging to GAME Lv-UP, including trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, graphics and code, are protected by applicable rights. Reproduction or unauthorised use of a protected element may be prohibited.
9. Security and prohibited uses
It is prohibited to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, gain unauthorised access to accounts or data, introduce malicious code, conduct intrusive testing without authorisation or use the service to harm third parties.
10. Suspension
If these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service and its users, access to certain features may be limited or suspended in accordance with applicable law.
11. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Data-related requests may be sent to gamelvup.officiel@gmail.com.
12. External links
The website may contain links to third-party services. GAME Lv-UP is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites that are not controlled by the studio.
13. Changes
The services and these Terms may change. The version published on this website applies from its update date, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the law applicable in Côte d'Ivoire, subject to mandatory provisions that may apply to the user based on their residence or the nature of the service.
