This procedure lets you request deletion of your eligible personal data without deleting your Lv-UP STORE account.

How it works

Your account remains active. This is not an account-deletion request and does not sign you out of the application. The relevant data is reviewed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable obligations.

The information entered is only used to process your deletion request. It is transmitted through Resend with Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection. Read our privacy policy.

Requests are reviewed by GAME Lv-UP. Deletion may be limited where certain data must be retained for a legal obligation, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
